30 Day Guarantee Returns Policy
We guarantee all merchandise sold online by Endor AG for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused merchandise, for any reason, for a full refund.

Your credit card will be credited for the price of your product and any taxes, excluding shipping costs. |

Endor AG will pay the return shipping charges (please note that we will only cover the cost for regular freight ground service). |

A fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or credit. |

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or Endor AG shipping error, the initial shipping cost will be credited and the restocking fee will not be charged. |

Your card will be credited when Endor AG has received and processed your returned item. |

Please remember that credit card companies vary on the time it takes for a credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. |
