Payment is due immediately after the binding order is made. We only deliver against payment in advance.
The pre-payments are to be made either by money transfer to our bank account, by ipayment / credit card or by credit card to our PayPal account. For the use of PayPal, a corresponding PayPal account on part of the payment originator is necessary. We accept all established credit cards through the PayPal system.

The delivery follows ex warehouse to the delivery address given by the customer.
For deliveries within Germany we charge a shipping cost flat rate of Euro 10.- / product.
For deliveries within the EU in the countries Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, San Marino, Switzerland and Vatican we charge a shipping cost flat rate of Euro 20.- / product.
For deliveries within the EU in the countries Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden. Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain we charge a shipping cost flat rate of Euro 30.- / product.
Deliveries to countries outside Europe are unfortunately not possible at the current time.
We take care of an immediate delivery. This means that the goods are generally released for shipping within 1 up to 2 working days after the receipt of payment.
With delays in deliveries, we will immediately inform you via e-mail.
The shipment of the goods generally follows without insurance and at the risk of the buyer.
