The pedal Stopper avoids that the pedals are moving. The standard Porsche wheel pedals with steel plate as used on the Porsche 911 Turbo wheel will normally not need this adapter but if you are using a lighter pedal of a different brand it is recommended.
The position of the pedals can be adjusted by untightening two screws.
